While Ultra Miami is dealing with some serious issues, one of the Ultra’s flagship edition, Ultra Singapore got in to some trouble. Rumors are now circulating that the Singapore edition is woefully under-prepared for their event this weekend. And tickets still have yet to be sent out to attendees.
So a message is circulating all over social medias about some financial problems of the event. According to that, Alex Chew, the owner, didn’t paid the vendors or either paid them lately. Not only one year but for the past three years.
“Alex is misleading the public into believing that Ultra will happen in 5 days,” the message reads. “We need to get the word out to everyone to demand transparency and refunds.”
For now, there are 17 lawsuits pending against Alex Chew.
Attendees received emails stating that they would e-ticket and wristband redemption information today, June 3. So far, no attendees have reported receiving such information.
Let’s just wait and see the future of Ultra Singapore. Check out the full message below.
